Frequently asked questions
What is a seller?
One of your customers who sells on the marketplaces. They have no marketapi login: they only connect their accounts through the connect page.
Does my customer need a marketapi account?
No. Your company has the account. The seller only authorizes the marketplace on a page of ours, through the link you send.
Which marketplaces do you support?
Mercado Livre, Magalu, Amazon, TikTok Shop and Shopee. Each one's page shows what is already available.
Can I use my own marketplace app?
Yes. Register your app's credentials and connections switch to it. Following the marketplace's terms with your app is your responsibility.
When do I start paying?
Once you go past 5 sellers. Then all of them count: 6 sellers cost 6 × $9.90.
Do you store buyer data?
Only what is needed. Personal data comes out of its own route, every read is logged and the fields are deleted after the retention period.
