Terms of use

1. Who provides the service

marketapi is a service of webtrigger, registered in Brazil under CNPJ 30.947.185/0001-07. In these terms, "marketapi" means webtrigger.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the API, your company accepts these terms. Whoever accepts on behalf of the company states that they are allowed to.

3. The service

marketapi offers an API that links your system to the marketplaces. The service includes the API, the dashboard, the connect page and the documentation.

4. Your account and API keys

You are responsible for your API keys and for everything done with them. Keep them secret and revoke any key that leaks.

Account information must be correct and up to date.

5. Your sellers

You only connect sellers who authorized you to operate their accounts. Toward your sellers, you answer for how you use their accounts and data.

6. Marketplace terms

Each marketplace has its own terms, and you and your sellers follow them.

If you use your own app on a marketplace, complying with that marketplace's terms with your app is your responsibility.

7. Prohibited use

Do not use marketapi for fraud, spam, selling prohibited products or anything against the law. Do not try to bypass the API limits, access another account's data or resell access without an agreement with us.

8. Price and payment

The price is the one on the pricing page. Billing is monthly, in US dollars, through Stripe. We announce any price change by email 30 days in advance.

If a payment fails and the retries run out, the API stops answering until the account is settled. Nothing is deleted because of it.

9. Availability

We work to keep the API up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The marketplaces may change or suspend their APIs, and that may affect the service.

10. Personal data

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy policy and the Data processing agreement, which are part of these terms.

11. Liability

marketapi is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits. marketapi's total liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the event.

12. Termination

You can cancel whenever you want. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. After termination, data is deleted as the Privacy policy describes.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We announce a relevant change by email before it takes effect.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law.
