Which personal data marketapi processes, what for, and how you exercise your rights.

1. Who we are
marketapi is a service of webtrigger, registered in Brazil under CNPJ 30.947.185/0001-07. It is webtrigger that processes the data this policy describes.
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to marketapi's website, dashboard, connect page and API.
3. Data we process
From your account: name, work email, company name and login data.
From payments: the card stays on Stripe. We only receive the brand and the last four digits.
From your sellers and buyers: what the marketplaces send when you operate the accounts, such as listings, orders and delivery details.
From usage: technical request logs, such as IP address, time and route.
4. What we use it for
To provide the service, bill, keep it secure, give support and announce changes to the service. We do not sell personal data.
5. Legal bases
We process data to perform the contract with your company, to meet legal obligations and on legitimate interest, such as preventing fraud and keeping the API secure.
6. Who decides about the data
For your account data, marketapi is the controller.
For seller and buyer data that goes through the API, marketapi is a processor: it processes on behalf of the customer who hired the service, as the Data processing agreement says.
8. International transfer
Some suppliers are outside Brazil. In those cases, the transfer follows the LGPD rules.
9. How long we keep it
Account data, while the account exists and for as long as the law requires.
Buyers' personal data, until the end of the retention period: by default, 90 days after the order closes.
10. Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, portability and information about how your data is used. Ask at contato@marketapi.shop.
If you are a buyer or a seller, the request can also go to the company that serves you. We help that company answer.

14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We announce a relevant change by email before it takes effect.
