How much will I pay?

How we count sellers
What counts is the highest number of sellers that existed at the same time in the month. Deleting a seller does not lower the current month.
- Created 10 and deleted 5: pays for 10.
- Created 10, deleted 5 and created 6 more: pays for 11.
- Created 10, created 6 more and deleted 5: pays for 16.
- A seller with no marketplace connected counts too.
Billing questions
Do I need a card?
Yes, to activate the account. Up to 5 sellers, nothing is charged.
When am I charged?
At the end of each month of use. The period closes on the same day of the month you subscribed.
In which currency?
In US dollars (USD). Stripe issues the invoice.
Does a seller with three marketplaces count three times?
No. They count once, however many accounts and marketplaces they connect.
Is there a call limit?
We do not charge per call. The limit is 300 requests per minute per API key, to protect the API.
Can I cancel?
Whenever you want, through the Stripe portal in the dashboard. Sellers, connections and API keys are kept.
What if a payment fails?
The API keeps working while Stripe retries. If the retries run out, the API answers 402 until you add another card. Nothing is deleted.
