Downloads a file from a public URL and creates the Asset.

This route is not in the API yet. This page shows what it will do. Fields, examples and the playground arrive when it ships.
Use it when the picture is already at a URL. Send sellerId, class and url. The route returns 202 with the Asset (processing) and the jobId: the download runs in a job.
The API refuses internal addresses and limits the size. When it ends, asset.ready arrives, or asset.failed with the reason. The type is checked by the content, as in the upload.
