Gets the last marketplace-confirmed representation.
observed is read-only and is the state of the offer the marketplace confirmed (status, price, lines), with hashes by group. It is updated by import, reconciliation, or active inbound, never by local PATCH. The confirmed content, such as the title Mercado Livre generated, lives in the MarketplaceProduct observed.
