Closes a stock discrepancy with one of three actions.

This route is not in the API yet. This page shows what it will do. Fields, examples and the playground arrive when it ships.
Pick the action in action:
republish: creates a job that publishes the base quantity again. The response has thepublicationJobId.accept_observed: accepts the marketplace number. Writes an adjustment on the warehouse (warehouseId) and only works for a Variant withinventoryAuthority: marketapi.dismiss: just closes the discrepancy, without touching stock.
A discrepancy already closed returns 409 (discrepancy_not_open). If the difference disappears on its own, the discrepancy closes as auto. Every resolution emits the inventory.discrepancy_resolved event.
