This route is not in the API yet. This page shows what it will do. Fields, examples and the playground arrive when it ships.
Requests a fresh read of the listing on the marketplace and stores the result in observed. Use it when you suspect the local state is stale. It follows the offer inbound policy: if it is off, it only emits listing.external_changed with observed_only.
Returns 202 with the jobId. If the read finds a change that clashes with a pending local edit, a conflict is born. See Stay in sync.
