Billing
One plan in dollars, up to 5 sellers free, what counts toward the bill and what happens without a payment in good standing.
One plan, charged in US dollars (USD).
| Sellers (period peak) | Price |
|---|---|
| Up to 5 | Free |
| 6 or more | US$ 9.90 per seller, all of them |
Once you pass 5, all sellers count, not only the ones above 5. With 6 sellers: 6 × US$ 9.90 = US$ 59.40.
What counts: the peak
The base is the peak: the highest number of sellers that existed at the same time in the period. Deleting sellers does not lower the peak.
| What you do in the period | Peak | You pay |
|---|---|---|
| Create 10, delete 5 | 10 | 10 sellers |
| Create 10, delete 5, create 6 | 11 | 11 sellers |
| Create 10, create 6, delete 5 | 16 | 16 sellers |
A seller counts even with no marketplace connected.
Period and charge
The period is the subscription's own: it starts on the day of the month you subscribed. You are charged at the end of each period, for that period's usage, in USD.
Manage
The card is requested at signup, through Stripe Checkout. Later, in the dashboard, open Billing and use the Stripe portal to change the card, see invoices, edit billing details and cancel.
Without a payment in good standing
Without a subscription in good standing, every /v1 route answers 402 PAYMENT_REQUIRED (see Errors).
Still working:
- the
/connectpage of an already-issued link; - marketplace notifications;
- token refresh;
- webhooks to you.
Nothing is deleted.
If a payment fails, everything keeps working while Stripe retries. When the retries run out, the subscription is canceled and the API answers 402 until you reactivate it, in Billing, in the dashboard.
