Sends a seller message to the buyer.

This route is not in the API yet. This page shows what it will do. Fields, examples and the playground arrive when it ships.
Send text and, optionally, attachmentAssetIds and contactReason. If there is no error, the API stores the message as sending and returns 202 with a job. When it finishes, the message is sent or failed.
Before it creates the job, the API checks the limits. If something does not fit (blocked conversation, long text, exhausted quota, missing contact reason), it returns 409 message_not_sendable with the issues list. An attachment needs storage on; without it, the error is 503.
