Mercado Livre

Create an app in the Mercado Livre DevCenter and register its credential in marketapi. First, read the rules.

1. Sign in to the DevCenter with the account that will own the integration (preferably a business account). In Brazil, each account creates one app.
2. Click "Criar uma aplicação". Name, short name, description and logo: this is what the seller sees on the authorization screen.
3. Under redirect URIs, register exactly https://api.marketapi.shop/connect/mercadolivre/callback. It must be https and identical.
4. Turn on PKCE. marketapi always sends PKCE.
5. Scopes: read and write. If the form shows "offline access", check it: without it there is no refresh token.
6. Topics and notifications URL: leave blank for now.
7. Save and copy the Client ID and the Client Secret.
8. In the dashboard, go to BYOK, choose Mercado Livre, paste the credential, tick the responsibility statement and save. marketapi checks the credential with Mercado Livre right away.

Change the secret laterCopy Anchor Link

In the DevCenter use "Programar renovação": both secrets stay valid until the date you choose (up to 7 days). Update the secret in the dashboard before then.

"Renove agora" invalidates the old secret immediately, and connections may fail until you update it.
