This route is not in the API yet. This page shows what it will do. Fields, examples and the playground arrive when it ships.
Returns the review with subject, ratingBps, the original rating (originalRating), the text and the reply, when there is one. replyDeadlineAt shows until when you can reply.
A review from another account returns 404.
