Delete an endpoint
Deletes an endpoint and its delivery log.
DELETE
Deletes the endpoint. The response is 204, with no body.
The endpoint's delivery log goes with it, and it cannot be undone. To stop
receiving without losing the log, pause it with enabled: false.
