Sends a seller message to the buyer or the marketplace.

This route is not in the API yet. This page shows what it will do. Fields, examples and the playground arrive when it ships.
Sends text and, optionally, attachmentAssetIds. The message is saved as pending and the response is 202 with a job (dispute.message). Then it becomes sent, or failed if the marketplace refuses it.
An attachment is a confidential asset of the account. Without storage, a message with an attachment responds 503; text only works as usual.
