Actions: refund, partial_refund (with amountInCents), allow_return, escalate and submit_evidence. Responds 202 with a job (dispute.action); the result arrives in the dispute.updated webhook.
An action outside allowedActions responds 409 (action_not_allowed), before the job. A marketplace without the operation responds 422. Evidence is a confidential asset of the account.
