Returns the question with its text, its status (unanswered, answered, under_review or deleted) and the answer, when there is one. The answer has its own status (sending, published, under_review, rejected or failed) and, if it failed, the reason in statusReason.
The author appears only as an external id (author.externalId). A question from another account returns 404.
