Returns one ad campaign.

This route is not in the API yet. This page shows what it will do. Fields, examples and the playground arrive when it ships.
Returns the campaign with status, budget, targets (targetRoasBps, targetAcosBps, null when the marketplace does not report them), dates and lastSyncedAt. A campaign from another account returns 404.
To change the campaign: Act on a campaign.
