This route is not in the API yet. This page shows what it will do. Fields, examples and the playground arrive when it ships.
Fetches the campaigns and metrics of the period from the marketplace. Without from and to, it uses the last 7 closed days. The window is up to 90 days and cannot go past the history the marketplace keeps (400).
The response is 202 with an ad_campaign.sync job. An inactive Connection returns 409. The API also syncs on its own every day.
