Cancels the shipment and releases the stock reservation.

This route is not in the API yet. This page shows what it will do. Fields, examples and the playground arrive when it ships.
The shipment stays listed, with status: cancelled. Without externalId (it never reached the marketplace), responds 204 and releases the reservation right away. With externalId, responds 202 with a job, and the reservation is released when the marketplace confirms.
From in_transit on, it can no longer be cancelled: it responds 409 (inbound_shipment_status).
