Send connectionId, destinationLocationId (a fulfillment-type location) and the items (1 to 100, with variantId and quantity). Responds 201 with the shipment in draft and a jobId that sends it to the marketplace.
On creation, the stock in the source warehouse is reserved. A variant not linked to the Connection responds 409 (inbound_item_unlinked); insufficient balance responds 409. A marketplace without the operation responds 422.
