Create promotion

Creates a discount, coupon, flash_sale, bundle or volume promotion on a Connection. You cannot create a campaign: it starts at the marketplace and arrives as an invitation. Send startsAt, endsAt, terms and, optionally, entries with the price of each listing.

Returns 202 with a promotion.create job. The promotion starts as pending and changes state when the marketplace answers; the promotion.created webhook tells you. A type the marketplace cannot create returns 422. An inactive Connection returns 409.
