Changes name, startsAt, endsAt or terms. Send only what changes.
Returns 202 with a promotion.update job. The promotion changes only when the marketplace accepts. A campaign invitation (origin: marketplace) returns 409, because the marketplace controls it. An ended, cancelled or rejected promotion also returns 409.
