Replace promotion entries
Replaces the set of listings in the promotion.

This route is not in the API yet. This page shows what it will do. Fields, examples and the playground arrive when it ships.
Sends the whole set of entries, up to 100. Each one carries bindingId and promotionalPriceInCents or discountBps, plus optional limits. Entries that join, change or leave are found by comparing with the current set.
Returns 202 with a promotion.entries_update job, with one item per entry. To join an invitation, put the candidate entry in the set. A pending promotion returns 409. So does a closed one. A binding from another Connection returns 400.
