Lists the account's promotions, paginated and filtered.

This route is not in the API yet. This page shows what it will do. Fields, examples and the playground arrive when it ships.

Returns the promotions of every seller in the account: your own and the campaign invitations from marketplaces. Filter by connectionId, status, type or origin.

The route reads only our database. It does not call the marketplace. A single promotion is in Get promotion.
